speak Viva Palestina Malaysia has the privilege of bringing two fantastic speakers who are experts on the Palestinian issue. Below is more info on the various talks that will be going on throughout their stay in Malaysia.

Speakers bio:-
Reverend Dr Stephen Sizer http://www.stephensizer.com/about/
Dr Stephen is the vicar, or senior pastor, of Christ Church, the community church of Virginia Water in Surrey, UK. He has an extensive international ministry, teaching regularly in churches, seminaries and universities in the USA, Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
He is a Trustee of the Biblica Ministries Trust, who sponsored and published the New International Version (NIV), the most widely read Bible translation in English. He is the author of three books, In the Footsteps of Jesus and the Apostles, Christian Zionism: Roadmap to Armageddon and Zion’s Christian Soldiers: The Bible, Israel and the Church.
His new film “With God on our Side” www.withgodonourside.com; exposes the errors of Christian Zionism in the US and provides a fascinating insight into the US infatuation with Israel and how it can be deconstructed.

Prof Achin Vanaik 
Prof Vanaik was a co-recipient of the Sean MacBride International Peace Prize for the year 2000. He is Professor of International Relations and Global Politics in the Political Science Department of Delhi University, Delhi, India. 
He has authored/co-authored 5 books and edited/co-edited 4 books. These range from studies on contemporary India's politics to matters of religion, secularism, nuclear disarmament and international politics.
He is a founder member of the Coalition for Nuclear Disarmament and Peace (CNDP) which is active with solidarity work in support of Palestine and in opposing the US invasion of Iraq. Since 1987 he has been a Fellow of the Trans National Institute (TNI, Amsterdam) an international body of intellectuals and scholars concerned about problems of global inequality and development. He is also on the Board of Directors of Greenpeace, India and the Journal of Amnesty International, India.
